Scott Nathan sued LiLo's fashion line, 6126, claiming he wasn't paid for his work.
The lawsuit was originally filed in December and settled for an undisclosed amount. The problem, Nathan says, is that 6126 was supposed to making payments starting in March, but so far has not coughed up a dime.

Nathan is asking a judge for an order to enforce the settlement and in short order.A rep for Lindsay said that "We don't comment on any pending legal situations with third parties." We believe the rep - they certainly have experience.
